The FSM-U1 secures your voice call between caller and receiver. The FSM-U1 is a communication signal scrambler that is designed to prevent wiretapping by making your voice inaudible to anyone listening in.
The FSM-U1 encrypts human voice into scrambled analog noise, transmits them through wireless phone network. Then the receiver with U1 device decrypts the signal back into usable audio.
The FSM-U1 is the only product of its type that features Multiple Dynamic Phase Processing Technology, an innovated analog voice scrambling and digital key exchange technology. You and your conversation partner will hear the conversation clearly, but an unwanted intruder will hear only scrambled electronic noise. This technology is based on the same data encryption technology used by government, military and law enforcement.

1. Connecting VoiceKeeper (
Turn on the power of VoiceKeeper by lifting the power switch up. After the charging indicator and the Secured call status indicator blinks in order, the device stays on standby status.
If the device is not connected to smartphone, the secured call status indicator will continue to blink red light.
Connect the device to the Ear-Microphone terminal of smartphone as shown in the figure. (Push down until hearing the sound "tick".)
If the secured call status indicator stops blinking in red light, it indicates that smartphone and the device have been properly connected. (Pole sequence of the plug may vary depending on the smartphones. But if the secured call status indicator stops blinking in red light, it means that it is ready for use by automatically changing the pole sequence of the plug).
If it continues to blink in red light, remove the device from phone and then connect the device again from the beginning.
After confirming the secured call status indicator blinks off, gently knit the device on smartphone as shown in the figure. (The rotary plug will enable you to place the device in the center of smartphone, regardless of the thickness of smartphone and the position of the ear-microphone terminal. You may locate the device on the backside of your smart phone if needed.)
- Battery: Lithium-Polymer 3.7V 300mA
- Battery life: about 2.5 hours (talking continuously in Secured Communication mode)
- Method of connection: ear-microphone terminal ø3.5 4 poles
- Main Chipset: VK-2011
- Method of communication: using VoiceKeeper built-in speaker and microphone
- Method of securing signal exchange: One-time code generation and auto-connection method
Method of charging: micro-USB 5-pin (the same specifications with Android phone charging adapter)
Note: This requires 2 units to work properly. Both sides of the conversation must use a FSM-U1 for the phone call to be secure. This is because one side must encrypt the call and the other side must decrypt the call.
