Still want to return your purchase? Here are the steps...

  1. Complete our return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. (Don’t worry - it just takes a minute.) You can request either a full refund, a store credit or a replacement.

  2. We’ll email you to confirm that we received your request.

  3. We’ll email you updates on the status of your return.

  4. Your credit card will be credited or your item replaced (whichever applies) within 1-2 weeks.

If you are returning a GPS Tracker and no longer need it, you will also need to cancel that tracking service.

All returns will need a valid RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number on the front of the package or the shipment may be refused by our warehouse. RMA's may be requested by following the link at the bottom of this page.

All returns or exchanges missing contents or with damage to the original box may be refused or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee (i.e. missing/damaged UPC barcodes, missing/damaged manuals, missing/damaged warranties, tape on the manufacturer’s box, etc.).

Spy Tec is not liable in any way for returned packages that were lost or damaged during shipment.
