Payment Methods

Major credit cards accepted. Orders received by mail must be accompanied by Bank or Postal Money Order. We may delay shipping until such funds clear. We do not accept personal checks. SPY TEC also accepts bank wire transfers and Western Union payments. SPY TEC will be happy to email bank transfer and Western Union instructons. All payments must be made in U.S. currency.

Please be advised that SPY TEC Inc. will NEVER sell your name, email address or information to any third party for any purpose, ever.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason. Audio equipped hidden cameras are available only to federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google Checkout. All orders are subject to verification by your credit card company. If your order is declined please refer to your credit card company. We do not receive any information regarding why a credit card was declined.

To insure your privacy, STI will be the only name that will appear on your credit card statement. There is NO indication of "spy" or "security" on your statement or shipping label. Our secure ordering format protects every aspect of your order and your personal information.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once and potentially no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless the item is defective. If an item is defective, you must contact SPY TEC Inc., for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused.

For your protection, authorized returns of defective products should be sent, prepaid and insured, via FedEx, UPS or U.S. mail. Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.

Warranty

We guarantee all SPY TEC products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for ninety (90) days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair (at our option) a defective item, provided there is no evidence of customer misuse, tampering, or alteration.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ascertain and comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession and use of any items purchased. Please consult an attorney regarding such laws before placing an order. By placing an order, the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and agrees to use the products only in a lawful manner.
